You've come here for a reason...

You are likely here because you or someone you care about has been struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, or other painful experiences. One way to get help is to come to my office for therapy. My schedule is often full, but please reach out to me by taking the first step.

In addition to therapy, I offer online programs that can help you by providing education about the most common contributors to anxiety and depression. The programs also provide guided practices and experiential exercises for a deeper level of learning that you can do at home on your own time.

My Online Mindfulness Course

In order to enhance my work with clients, as well as to reach more people who need help, I am launching an online course on mindfulness and how it can help with the problems I frequently see in my practice. You will learn how to tune into your body, the benefits of meditation, and being fully present in the moment. The course will include video instruction, guided meditations, and ways to connect with me for feedback and questions. This knowledge and the skills attached to it have benefited many of my clients in significant ways and I bet they could help you, too!

Mindfulness is cultivating presence of mind, and learning to be more aware of what is happening within you and around you.

This ultimately leads to your wellbeing in a number of important ways.

Consider Therapy

Therapy is a unique and powerful tool for change. Many of us have experienced how speaking candidly and honestly with a good friend can be very therapeutic and healing. Because it is different than a friendship, therapy provides a new experience within which to share and better understand problems.
